Hi

Is the flux generator added to the deck before or after the 4 cards are removed (i.e. could the flux generator be one of the 4 secret cards removed?)

Not sure that is explicitly stated anywhere.

It's after. First prepare the market, and shuffle it through the main deck afer you have discarded 4 plants
