One of the conditions to end the game is that 3 or more companies have no more shares on the charter.
Is the Wabash Railroad Company also taken into account for this rule?

Yap it is.
Its clearified in the rules - the Wabash is a totally ordinary company and if the third stock which is sold is a Wabash one that is the closing bell as well....

Just see the rules clarification section under menu Tournaments. there you will find a complete overview of all questions.

Thanks for the post! Looks nice and well done. The books are almost on top of my reading list now and I should be done with them by Xmas. Just in time to read some reviews about the game and, if they are convincing, grabbing a copy of it beginning 2012 (Xmas will be busy playing Dreadfleet...)
