After our first game the following questions came up. After revieuwing the manual, I still am not sure about the answers.

1) Halflings: Halflings can enter the map in any region and places 2 holes in the ground in the first 2 regions it conquers.
Do these first 2 regions (holes in the ground) have to be adjacent?

2)Ghouls: Can Ghouls attack in the same turn as they go into decline?

3) Flying: Can a Flying Race enter the map only at the border of the map and the regions at the seas?

4) Underworld: Can an Underworld Race enter the map only at the border of the map and the regions at the seas?

Good questions ... I will add some more, a little bit less tricky:
5) Ghouls in decline - do they behave as active also when defending? If they loose their last region, may they enter the map again with remaining tokens (as the active race would)? (I assume yes and yes)
6) Flying Sorcerers - may they convert token on a region not adjacent to some already conquered? May they convert token on the sea/lake regions? (I assume they can and they cannot)
7) Hobits - if they decide to leave all their regions in the beginning of their turn, may they enter any region? Will their new first two regions have the "holes"? (I assume not and not)
8) Is it possible to leave some region in redeployment phase? (I assume not.)
9) Spiritual race - while still active, do they affect maximum number of races in decline for the player? (I assume not)

And one more important question - in EM principles presented in info-email was stated, that any negotiating is prohibited on EM tournament. Does this really hold also for Small World? In my opinion - without negotiating half of unique spirit of this game will vanish ...
