In Neuland, there is only one winner, according to the rules. Are there any tiebreakers?

Please see the section rule clarification under Tournaments menu. But here is the tournament specific determiniation of ranks.

Tournament Rule - End of the Game: Ranking is according to the amount of coat of arms on the game board (to determine rank 2 - 4), no further tie breakers.
